Free Medical Camp was held on 19.02.2012 in Ralli- Ganpur in Mancherial, rural.

It is a small hamlet near the ACC cement quarry with only 300 inhabitants. The camp was attended by about 150 people, mainly women and children. Free consultation was provided by Dr. K. Vijayalakshmi and medicines were distributed. A screening camp for cervical cancer was conducted through PAP smear method by the Research Group of the Vasavi Medical & Research Centre, Hyderabad. Free Medical Camp held on 10.10.2010

Free Medical Camp was held in Adilpet in Mandamarri region of Chennur mandal in the morning from 9am to 1.00pm. Adilpet is a small hamlet in the interior area of the mandal and the it was held in the premises of the Govt school in cooperation of the local panchayat. Dr. Babu Rao, Opthalmolgist, Mr. Dankeshwar, Optician and Dr. Vijayalakshmi, Gynaecologist were present and treated 192 patients. Rajamallu Education Society also distributed free medicines to the patients.* *Thereafter, we proceeded to Kistampet village in the same mandal and held the free medical camp from 2.30pm to 6.00pm. 112 patients attended the camp for treatment. Free Medical Camp on 21.03.2010

Medical camp was held in Kistampet village in the premises of the RES Public School for General, Mother & Child and Ophthalmic patients. Dr S Babu Rao, Head of Dept Gandhi Hospital, Hyderabad, Mr Danakeswar Rao, Optimetrist and Dr Kodati Vijayalakshmi were available for consultation. A total of 76 patients attended the camp for treatment. Free medicines were also given to the needy and the deserving. The occasion was used to pay respects to Shri Kodati Rajamallu garu in connection with his death anniversary on 27th of March. There was wide media coverage given to the event in the Adilabad district. This camp was held after a gap of two months due the uncertain political situation in the State and the attendant disturbances. This camp was held at short notice due the continuing uncertain political situation and for obvious reasons, there was little publicity given prior to the camp held on Sunday, 24.01.2010. Free Medical Camp on 05.07.2009

The Society organised a free medical camp with the cooperation from Singareni Collieries Company Limited in the Ellakkapet Area Dispensary on Sunday, 5th July,2009 from 11.00 AM to 4.00PM. The free medical consultation included ophthalmogy with Dr. D. Babu Rao, Head of Dept. Gandhi Hospital, Hyderabad along with Optimetrist, Mr. Dankeshwar attending to the patients. 8 patients were indentified for cataract surgery which would be organised free of cost through the services of Dr. Badrinath, Mancheriala which is only about 35 km from Chinnoor town. Moreover, 20 patients require presciption spectacles which also would be provided free of cost in deserving cases. Dr. Kodati, our President who is a gynaecologist and obstetrician attended to women and children particularly and other general health cases. While the ophthamology camp was atttended to 87 patients, the women & children and others patients were 93. Total patients who attended the free medical camp on 5.7.2009 were180. Free Medical Camp on 19.04.2009

A free medical camp for general medicine along with the specialized gynaecology and obstetrics medicine was held in Kistampet village, Chinnoor mandal, Adilabad district at the Elakkapet Area Dispensary of the Singareni Collieries Company Ltd. Sixty five women, children and men attended the camp for treatment and consultation. Free medicines were also distributed to the afflicted.

Free medical camp was conducted in Kistampet village, Chinnoor mandal in the Singareni Collieries Company Limited's Area Dispensary in Ellakapet for Women, Children, and the elderly. 120 patients attended the camp between 11.30am to 4.30pm. Free Medical Camp on 02.11.2008

1. Free medical opthalmology was held on 2.11.'08 at Kistampet village in the Singareni collieries Company Ltd dispensary. The camp was conducted by Dr.D. Babu Rao, M.S.(Opthalmology) who is the Head of Department, Gandhi Hospital, Hyderabad along with Mr. B. Dhanakeshwar Rao,Optometrist.120 patients attended the camp for free eye check up.50 patients requiring spectacles were supplied free of cost a week later.Some 6 patients required cataract sugery. The Society arranged to carry out the procedure free of cost by an experienced senior eye surgeon, Dr. Badrinath, in the near by town of Mancheriala.The mother and child free camp was conducted by the President of th Society, Dr. K. Vijayalakshmi and Dr.(Mrs) D.Sandya Rani, M.D. DGO of Govt. Maternity Hospital, Nayapul, Hyderabad.90 patients attended the mother child camp.

Free Medical Camp On 14.09.2008

Free medical camp was held in Ellakapet Area Dispensary, Kistampet village, Chinnoor mandal on Sunday, 14.09.'08 for women and child segment by Dr. Kodati Vijayalakshmi. 56 patients attended the camp. The patients were mainly women and children though some men also came for consultation.Free medicines were also distributed to the patients. The Society held a free medical camp in cooperation with the Sigareni Collieries Compant Limited in their Ellakapet Area Dispensary in Kistampet village, Chinnoor mandal on Sunday, 10.08.2008. Dr. Vijayalakshmi, MBBS,FRCOG(UK) attended to the patients along with Dr.Sulekha, MBBS, MD,DM(USA) who is a practising paediatric cardiologist in the United States of America for over twenty years. She was on vacation in India and had so kindly consented to spare her valuable time in service of the poor in a backward area like Kistampet. The response was encouaraging. Despite the inclement weather during the camp when the delated monsoons were in full fury causing havoc in Chinnoor mandal, a steady stream of patients came to attend the camp. About 68 adults and 50 children turned up for check up/treatment. We detected three children with early cardiacd disorders which required further investigation. They were advised the course of and action and consultation.Adequate free medication was disributed to most patients.The Society is grateful to SCCL for providing the premises for the camp.The camp news was published widely by all important news papers. - Click here to see galllery.
